Processing Time
All orders are handmade and prepared with care.

During busy periods (such as holidays or sales), processing may take slightly longer. If there are any delays, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship from the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

Tracking

UK orders may not include tracking unless you choose a tracked upgrade at checkout.

Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import fees that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the care of the postal service. However, if your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Packaging
All earrings are packaged securely and attractively making them a perfect gift. Please contact me by email (hello@daphneandsybil.com) if you would like a gift message added to your order (there is no charge for this).
